So far, I've used this twice and it delivers consistent, long lasting energy without any crash or negative side effects. I have a love/hate relationship with alpha yo and can only tolerate so much. It delivers a smack in the face and good vasodilation with a trade off of shivers, rapid heartbeat, sore throat etc. None of these effects are over the top, however this pre workout delivers similar energy without having those side effects. I can definitely recommend this and will probably buy it again in the future. Wanted to post a vid or photo however no link for upload.
