What discount do I receive when I subscribe?

You'll automatically get 15% off each order in your subscription plan when you sign up for a commitment of 3 months or more.

Cannot be combined with additional discount codes or seasonal promotions.

Please note: subscription discounts are our way of thanking you for your loyalty. Each subscription is a commitment of 3 months (or longer, if you choose). If you decide to cancel early your account may lose the ability to sign up for future subscription discounts.

When do I receive my orders?

Your first order will be processed and shipped within our typical processing time. Each order in your subscription plan will begin processing every 30 days after until the subscription is terminated.

Need future orders sooner? No worries. Just log in to your ninjaup.com account, choose Subscriptions, find your item and click "Order Now" to be charged for the upcoming month's shipment. We will begin processing it right away, rather than having to wait until your scheduled shipment.

How do I view/manage my active subscription?

Log in to your ninjaup.com account on the top right of the website. (You can also use your magic link sent to you via email when you first created the subscription order)

Once you're logged in, choose Subscriptions, then you'll be able to access all current & past subscription items.

Can I swap flavors if I want to change things up during my subscription contract?

Of course! If you're ready to try something new, simply log in to your ninjaup.com account on the top right of the website. (You can also use your magic link sent to you via email when you first created the subscription order)

Once you're logged in, choose Subscriptions, and find the item you'd like to swap. Next, click the Edit icon (the pencil icon) to begin editing your order. Click the edit icon next to the flavor dropdown to unlock these options. Choose the flavor you'd like to receive in future orders and save.

Your new flavor selection will be sent on your next scheduled shipment.

How do I pause/cancel subscription?

To pause: Log in to your ninjaup.com account on the top right of the website. (You can also use your magic link sent to you via email when you first created the subscription order)

Once you're logged in, choose Subscriptions, then select pause.

To Cancel: send us an email at support@ninjaup.com with your email address on file and the subscription you'd like to cancel and our team will assist you.

What happens if a product sells out during my subscription contract?

If your product sells out during your subscription period and stock is not replenished on time for your upcoming order, we'll reach out to you to modify your order and swap with a similar item. Alternatively, your subscription can be paused until stock has been replenished for that item.
