Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and handed off to our shipping carrier within 1 business day of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Important: Shipment of your order and delivery of your order are two different things. While we fulfill orders quickly, transit times are determined entirely by the carrier — not by Ninja. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Domestic Delivery Timeframes (United States)
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

These are carrier estimates only — not guarantees. Weather events, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (holidays, sales events) can all extend transit times beyond these estimates. Ninja Supplements is not responsible for delays that occur once an order is in the carrier's possession.
Holiday & Promotional Periods
During high-volume periods including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year's, and other promotional events, processing and transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early if you need your supplements by a specific date.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address on file. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work to arrange a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for damaged items — replacements only.
Sale Items & Discount Codes
Items purchased at a sale price or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Standard return/exchange policies apply to full-price items only.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada. Please be aware of the following:
- Ninja Supplements is not responsible for customs fees, duties, tariffs, or import taxes that may apply to your order upon entry into Canada.
- All applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- If your order is held or seized by Canadian customs, we are unable to issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original, unopened condition per our standard return policy.
- Delivery times to Canada are typically longer than domestic estimates and may vary significantly.
International Shipments
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States and Canada. For any international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
- Ninja Supplements is not responsible for customs restrictions, tariffs, or import regulations in any country outside the United States.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
- Orders seized by customs will not be refunded unless all items are returned in original condition per our return policy.
