Ninja LLC and Ninja Supplements LLC are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Ninja,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit ninjaup.com, purchase products, create an account, participate in Ninja Rewards, manage a subscription, contact customer support, use the Ninja AI Assistant, submit a product review, participate in a promotion, or otherwise interact with Ninja.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites or services operated by other companies that maintain their own privacy policies.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with Ninja, we may collect:
Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
Account information, login credentials, communication preferences, subscription information, and Ninja Rewards activity.
Order and commercial information, including products purchased, discounts, transaction history, returns, refunds, payment status, and shipping information.
Messages, questions, feedback, reviews, photographs, and other information submitted through customer support, email, surveys, promotions, giveaways, or the Ninja AI Assistant.
Information provided when participating in an affiliate, ambassador, rewards, referral, or promotional program.
Payment information entered during checkout is processed by payment providers such as Authorize.Net, PayPal, card networks, banks, and digital wallet providers. Ninja may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing information, payment method, card brand, and limited card information. Ninja does not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers.
Information We Do Not Request
Ninja sells consumer dietary supplements and does not provide medical care or medical services.
We do not request medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, laboratory results, treatment history, genetic data, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, or similar sensitive information. Please do not submit this information through customer support, product reviews, or the Ninja AI Assistant.
Ninja treats product browsing and purchase history as commercial information. We do not use this information to diagnose or infer a customer’s medical condition.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use ninjaup.com, Ninja and its service providers may automatically collect:
Your Internet Protocol address and approximate location derived from that address.
Browser type, operating system, device type, language, and device identifiers.
Cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and session information.
Pages and products viewed, searches, clicks, referring pages, cart activity, completed purchases, and advertising interactions.
Access dates and times, error information, security events, and information about website performance.
This information may be collected through cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, software development tools, and similar technologies.
Information Received From Other Sources
We may receive information from payment processors, banks, fraud prevention providers, ShipStation, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social media services, review platforms, referral partners, and other companies involved in operating the website or fulfilling customer requests.
2. How We Use Personal Information
Ninja may use personal information to:
Process payments, fulfill orders, provide tracking information, and administer returns, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
Create and maintain customer accounts, subscriptions, and Ninja Rewards participation.
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices, security messages, and other transactional communications.

Operate the Ninja AI Assistant and provide information about Ninja products.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Ninja uses cookies and related technologies to operate and improve the website.
Essential technologies support shopping carts, checkout, customer accounts, payment processing, security, and other functions necessary for the website to operate.
Functional technologies remember settings and support customer service and website features.
Analytics technologies help us understand website traffic, product interest, customer interactions, and website performance. These technologies may include Google Analytics and Mailchimp ecommerce tracking.
Advertising technologies help measure advertising performance and may be used to provide advertisements based on activity across websites. These technologies may include the Meta Pixel and related advertising services.
Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may prevent shopping carts, checkout, customer accounts, or other website functions from working properly. Google, Meta, and other platforms also provide privacy and advertising controls through their respective account settings.
Google, Meta, Mailchimp, and other third parties may collect information over time and across different websites or online services according to their own privacy policies.
The website does not currently respond to legacy Do Not Track browser signals because there is no consistent industry standard for those signals. Do Not Track signals are different from browser based opt out preference signals that may be recognized under certain privacy laws.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
Ninja may disclose personal information to companies that help us operate the business, including:
Website hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce, Cloudflare, database, security, and technical support providers.
Payment providers, including Authorize.Net, PayPal, banks, card networks, digital wallet providers, and fraud prevention services.
ShipStation, fulfillment providers, USPS, UPS, and other shipping carriers.
Mailchimp and other email service providers.
Google and other analytics providers.
Meta and other advertising providers.
Customer support providers and services supporting the Ninja AI Assistant.
Review, rewards, referral, affiliate, ambassador, social media, and promotional service providers.
We may disclose information to accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, consultants, government authorities, or law enforcement when reasonably necessary or legally required.
Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of Ninja’s business or assets.
We may also disclose personal information at your direction or with your consent.
5. Advertising, Sale, and Sharing of Personal Information
Ninja does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Ninja may disclose online identifiers, Internet activity, product interests, purchase attribution, approximate location, advertising interactions, and related inferences to analytics and advertising providers. Some privacy laws may define this activity as targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale of personal information even when no money is exchanged.
During the 12 months preceding the Effective Date, Ninja collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1, depending on how each person interacted with Ninja. Ninja disclosed some or all of those categories to the recipients described in Section 4 for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
For targeted advertising, Ninja may have disclosed identifiers, commercial information, Internet activity, approximate location, and product interest inferences to analytics and advertising providers.
Where applicable law provides a right to opt out, you may email support@ninjaup.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Ninja will apply the request to personal information reasonably associated with the identifiers you provide.
Cookie based activity that cannot be associated with your customer account may need to be managed through your browser settings or through privacy and advertising controls provided by Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Ninja does not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to anyone under 16 years of age.
6. Email Marketing
You may unsubscribe from Ninja marketing emails by selecting the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.
After unsubscribing from marketing, you may continue receiving transactional communications concerning orders, subscriptions, shipping, security, returns, refunds, or customer service.
7. Data Retention
Ninja retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may account for:
The duration of a customer account, subscription, rewards membership, or customer relationship.
Order fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, disputes, chargebacks, and customer service requirements.
Tax, accounting, financial reporting, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal claims.
Marketing unsubscribe and suppression records.
Backup, disaster recovery, and technical deletion schedules.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, Ninja may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible through normal backup and system deletion processes.
8. Data Security
Ninja uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encrypted connections, access controls, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and payment processing protections.
No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should contact Ninja if they suspect unauthorized account activity.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
Confirm whether Ninja processes personal information about you.
Request access to or a copy of personal information Ninja maintains about you.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
Receive certain personal information in a portable format.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Opt out of certain targeted advertising activities or the sale or sharing of personal information.
Appeal Ninja’s refusal to complete an applicable privacy request.
Receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Please include your name, the email address associated with your account or order, your state or country of residence, and a description of your request.
Do not email identification documents unless Ninja specifically requests additional information through an appropriate verification process. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and protect your personal information from unauthorized disclosure.
Ninja may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information must be retained to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, maintain security, or establish or defend a legal claim.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. Ninja may request proof of the agent’s authority and direct confirmation from the consumer.
To appeal a denied request, email support@ninjaup.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
Ninja will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
10. International Visitors
Ninja is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Ninja’s service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws in your country.
Residents of Canada, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. Requests may be submitted to support@ninjaup.com.
Where applicable, Ninja processes personal information to fulfill orders and other contractual obligations, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests such as operating and securing the website, or based on consent.
Applicable residents may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. They may also have the right to complain to their local privacy or data protection authority.
11. Children’s Privacy
The website is not directed to children under 13, and Ninja does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Certain Ninja products are intended only for adults. Customers should review all age restrictions, directions, ingredients, and warnings displayed on the applicable product label.

12. Third Party Websites and Public Content
The website may contain links to websites or services operated by other companies. Ninja does not control those companies or their privacy practices.
Information you provide directly to another company is governed by that company’s privacy policy.
Product reviews, social media posts, photographs, comments, or other content submitted for public display may be visible to website visitors or the general public. Do not include personal or sensitive information in content intended for public display.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Ninja may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its services, technologies, legal obligations, or business practices.
The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.

Ninja’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media accounts are intended primarily for social media, marketing, and community engagement.
Messages sent through social media are not considered official privacy requests and may not be reviewed by the team responsible for privacy questions, complaints, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, opt out requests, appeals, or other privacy rights.
