Do points work on the deal?
Yes. Coupon codes never stack with a deal, points always do.
Do I need a code?
No. Points sit in your account and you apply them at checkout. Every order earns on its own.
Where do I see my balance?
In your account under Rewards, with every earn and spend listed.
Does Subscribe and Save earn points?
Every monthly drop earns at the base rate on what you paid, and you can spend points on it too.
Do points expire?
Yes. Each batch of points expires 12 months after it was earned, and we email you a month before, so spend them first.
Can I lose a star?
Stars are counted on what you spent in the last 12 months. We email you a month before one would drop, so you can keep it.
I bought before I joined. Do I get those points?
Your account is your membership, so every order placed while logged in counts from the day the account was created.
