Data Deletion
How to have your data taken off our books.
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
Ninja LLC and Ninja Supplements LLC are collectively referred to on this page as “Ninja,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” This page explains how to ask Ninja to delete personal information it holds about you, including information Ninja receives from Meta through the Ninja Dashboard application.
1. The Ninja Dashboard application
Ninja Dashboard (Meta App ID 4594548737495979) is a private, first party application. It is not offered to the public and no one outside Ninja can sign in to it. Ninja uses it only to operate its own business accounts: the Ninja Facebook Page, the Ninja Up Instagram account, and Ninja’s own advertising.
2. What Ninja receives from Meta
When you send Ninja a direct message, a comment, or a reply on Facebook or Instagram, Ninja Dashboard may receive:
-
Your Facebook or Instagram username, display name, profile picture, and the account identifier Meta assigns you.
-
The content of the messages, comments, and replies you send to Ninja, and the date and time you sent them.
-
Whether you follow the account, and whether Ninja has spoken with you before.
Ninja also receives advertising and Page performance statistics from Meta. Those statistics are aggregated and are not about an identifiable person.
Ninja uses this information for one purpose: to read what you sent and to answer you. Ninja does not sell it, does not use it to build advertising audiences, and does not share it with anyone outside the people and service providers who help Ninja run its customer support.
3. How to request deletion
Email support@ninjaup.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us:
-
The Facebook or Instagram username you messaged us from, so we can find the conversation.
-
Any other email address or order number you have used with Ninja, if you also want information held under those deleted.
Ninja acknowledges every request within 5 business days and completes it within 30 days. Ninja will tell you when it is done. There is no charge and you do not need a Ninja account to ask.
4. Removing Ninja Dashboard’s access yourself
Ninja Dashboard is connected to Ninja’s own Facebook Page and Instagram account, not to your personal account, so there is nothing for you to disconnect. You can delete a message thread from your own Instagram or Facebook inbox at any time, and you can stop sending messages at any time. Deleting a thread on your side does not delete Ninja’s copy, which is why the request above exists.
5. What Ninja may have to keep
If your message relates to an order, Ninja may be required to keep the order record itself, including the transaction, tax, and shipping details, for as long as the law requires. In that case Ninja deletes the message content and the social media profile information, keeps only the order record, and tells you exactly what was kept and why.
6. Contact
Ninja LLC is the designated privacy contact for both companies.
